Studio Rental Requirements

• Studio rental agreement MUST be filled out to reserve space

• Box rentals are available in 2 hour blocks

• Deposit of $125 or half your rental is required at signing

• There is a $400 cleaning fee for glitter, paint, confetti, and any other small materials

• We must be aware of any vehicles being used in the shoot

• $400 cleaning fee for oils or any other liquids from vehicles

• Cyc wall rental requires an additional painting fee
